Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused cosmetic products in their original boxes and include the printed return form inside the package to ensure fast processing.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
